ARE BLIP PRODUCTS FSA- AND HSA-ELIGIBLE?

Blip NRT's - gums and lozzies - are FSA- and HSA-eligible! Toothpicks - since they're nic-free - are not.

What does that mean? 

Basically, it makes quitting even more affordable.

FSA- and HSA-eligible expenses are qualified medical expenses defined by the IRS, which means you can use pre-tax income to pay for them—effectively lowering their cost. You’re using money that would’ve gone to taxes to fund the purchase instead.

If you have an FSA or HSA, you can use your FSA/HSA debit card to buy Blip gums and lozzies directly, or submit a claim for reimbursement on your FSA/HSA-administration site.



WHAT IS NICOTINE GUM?

HOW DO YOU USE IT?

STEP 1: BITE

Bite into your gum and chew until you feel a tingle (Remember: Don’t eat 15 mins before or during).

STEP 2: PARK

This is the different part - park it between your cheek and gums until the tingle fades.

STEP 3: REPEAT

Resume chewing until the tingle returns, then park it again. Repeat until there’s no tingle (around 20 minutes).

So basically: BITE > tingle > PARK > no tingle > BITE > tingle > PARK ... you get it.

Here's a 12-week schedule to give you the best shot at quitting in 12 weeks:

  • Weeks 1-6 : Chew 1 every 1-2 hours
  • Weeks 7-9 : Chew 1 every 2-4 hours
  • Weeks 10-12 : Chew 1 every 4-8 hours

HOW TO USE IT

Pop in a lozzie and park it between your cheek and gums to let the nicotine absorb (Remember: Don’t eat 15 mins before or during).

STEP 2: MOVE IT

Move the lozzie around your mouth. Feel a warm tingle? That means it’s working.

STEP 3: DISSOLVE

Keep moving your lozzie around until it dissolves completely. Don’t bite or chew it (around 20-30 minutes).

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $25.

At checkout, you'll be able to select your shipping speed from: 

  • economy: 5 - 8 business days; free with orders $25+; $9 for orders less than $25
  • standard: 3 - 4 business days; $20
  • express: 1- 2 business days; $35

Shipping costs (if they apply) will show up at checkout—no surprises there.

Once you hit submit, give us 1–2 business days to get your order out the door. After that, it’s in the carrier’s hands. Blip is not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times, which may happen on occasion.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Because Blip offers therapeutic products, we aren’t able to accept returns on any nicotine products.

Merchandise, accessories, and other non-NRT or toothpick products that are marked "final sale" are non-returnable.

WHEN WILL I SEE MY REFUND?

Once your refund has been processed, it usually takes 3–5 business days to show up on your card.

If your refund was processed more than 7 business days ago, it should def show up on your card by now. Shoot us a note at [email protected], and we'll get this worked out with you. Make sure to include your order # so we can get right on it.

CAN YOU SHIP OUT OF THE COUNTRY?

Right now we only ship within the US. No international shipping yet but we’re working on it <3

ORDERS

WONDERING WHERE YOUR ORDER IS?

Once you place and process your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details. Just tap “View your order” to hit the tracking page. 

That’s where all the updates will live while we pack + ship your stuff.

When the order ships, you will receive another email with the courier tracking number.

Tracking might not show up instantly—it can take a couple hours to go live in our system. If it’s still MIA, give it a little time and check back soon.

WANT MORE BLIP? WE GET IT.

Once your order has started processing, it may not be possible to add a new item to that order. 

If you placed your order more than 24hrs ago, you will have to place a new order on Blip for the additional products. 

If you placed your order in the last 24hrs, contact us at [email protected] with your order # and the name and quantity of what you want to add. If we're able to add the product to your order, you'll receive an email with the updated order info and you will be charged via the original payment method.

WAITING FOR YOUR ORDER?

Our processing time is usually 1-2 biz days then depending on what you selected for shipping speed, the carriers can add a few more days to that. 

You can check on where your order is by clicking the "View your order" button in your order or shipment confirmation email to hit the tracking page, which will show you where your order is. 

If your order was supposed to get to you by now (or it hasn't moved for a while!), email us your order # at [email protected] and we'll get it taken care of for you.

Does your order show delivered but is missing?

First, confirm your shipping address in your account or on your confirmation email is correct. You can also Add and Manage Addresses on your account page. If you notice a mistake, ping us at [email protected] so we can work with you to figure out a fix. 

Check around the delivery location - sometimes couriers will leave packages in unusual spots.

Ask anyone who may have received the package for you or could have mistaken it for theirs.

Wait 48hrs after the delivery was "recorded" - sometimes packages are scanned as delivered before they've arrived.

Check with the carrier. They may have more info about the actual location of the package. You can find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

If the package is still nowhere to be found, email us your order # at [email protected] and we'll get to work. <3


GOT THE WRONG STUFF? NO STUFF?

Sorry about that! We'll get this fixed asap.

If you received the wrong item or if your order is missing an item, send us a note at [email protected] with your order #. Let us know what you received accidentally (or what was missing). We'll get you the right product as quickly as we can. <3

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed by our warehouse. If you need to cancel your order, email us at [email protected] ASAP (and include your order #) so we can try to make it happen. 

If the order has already been processed, unfortunately we can't cancel it, so let us know within a couple hours of placing your order.

NEED FIXING?

So sorry your order showed up damaged — sometimes things break in shipment, but it's definitely not the Blip experience you deserve.
